Experience the excitement of Strongman Saturday, where we introduce a variety of strongman implements to challenge and inspire you! This unique session features events commonly found in competitions, all designed to help both members and Coach Skip train effectively for their upcoming challenges. Every event is scalable to accommodate all levels of strength, ensuring that everyone can participate and push their limits. While it's similar to a group class, there's no dedicated programming—participants have the freedom to choose their focus. Coach Skip is on hand to teach you the latest techniques he's mastering, or you can venture off to explore your own workout goals.
