Coach Merrill
Focusing on core strengthening and conditioning. Utilizing resistance training via Kettlebells, Dumbbells, and Wall Balls. The class format uses aspects of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) for an exceptional anaerobic workout. Class is tailored on a given persons level of fitness. The advanced will be challenged and if you are new or getting back in the gym, this class is for you.

Coach Beavers
Coach Beavers holds 2 world records in the American Powerlifting Federation. In his class, you'll learn the basics of barbell training movements, including the squat, deadlift and a variety of presses. You will work on lifting from the floor or rack and apply advanced strength and conditioning techniques to your program. This class focuses on developing total body strength and athletic level conditioning, thereby improving your ability to perform. This class is tailored to beginner and advanced levels.

Coach Merrill
Coach Merrill will push you to new levels of strength by combining TRX suspension and your own body weight. In this class you will power though multiple sets of high tension loads in a time-based workout that features intermediate to advanced strength exercises. This class will challenge your strength and cardiovascular endurance.

Coach Axtell
Sunday Funday is the mantra of this class. The class is not structured to be easy nor is it impossible. The goal is to push yourself along side Coach Axtell. Yes the Coach will join in on the class, when appropriate. Kettlebells, Strongman, Powerlifting, and Olympic Lifting are the foundation of the class. Development in personal strength, conditioning, and knowledge in how to lift confidently are fostered in the environment of the class.
